All sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or an incorrect item was received.

To be eligible for a replacement, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide:

• Your order number

• Photos of the damaged or incorrect item

If approved, a replacement item will be sent at no additional cost.

Mystery Club reserves the right to deny requests that do not meet these requirements.
